BENEFIL is Uretek’s super-lightweight engineering filler grout. It is easily poured over long distances, so alleviating site access problems.
Single-unit production provides for up to 150m3 of void filling per day. The viscous nature of the foamed liquid enables it to be pumped over long distances through narrow plastic piping into the smallest of chambers. The flow characteristics allow for backfilling from the shaft face, or from a lightweight partition, to completely fill the shaft or chamber. The quick-drying nature of the material means that it can be used as a structural plug to fill chambers at levels closer to the surface.
The material can be engineered to provide an absorbent layer to allow transfer
of water at the base of the shaft.
