Unique and patented, Deep Injection is a fast and cost-effective alternative to piling and underpinning.
Uretek resins injected at multiple depths mix and expand as they enter the ground. The expanding material eliminates voids, expels any water or air present, and strongly compacts the ground around the injection point. Laser monitoring records the point at which the ground is fully consolidated. Rafted structures can then be lifted if required.
The system can be used to inject at depths up to 6-7m beneath strip footings and up to 3m beneath rafts.
Results can be verified by Dynamic Penetrometer tests.
