The procedure allows densification and compaction of soil directly under a building, without excavation, vibration or mechanical force. This procedure is ideally suited where a builidng's foundations need to support additional loads, such as mezzanine floors, extentions and roofs.

Ground improvement is achieved by the controlled application of the forces generated by the expansion of unique Uretek geo-polymer. Ground improvement is convenient and reliable process which enables customers to continue their normal operations during remediation works, saving time and money.
The process for Ground Improvement solutions start with surveying the soil conditions to determine how deep into the soil we need to inject the geopolymer and what kind of obstacles can be found in the soil to understand the soil binding requirements. Geo-polymer is then injected to a desired depth directly below the foundations binding the underlying soil and, where appropriate, is used to raise the foundations to the desired height. A series of small holes is drilled through the slab into the underlying soil. Geo-polymer is then injected directly under the slab.
