Deep Injection

Strengthening the ground beneath foundations.

• The Uretek Deep Injection process consolidates the ground and increases its bearing strength, resulting in long-term foundation support.
• Unique and patented, it is a fast and cost-effective alternative to piling and underpinning.
• Uretek resins mix, expand to fill voids, and consolidate the ground. 
• Laser monitoring records the point at which the ground is fully consolidated. Rafted structures can then be lifted if required.
• The system can be used to inject at depths up to 6.0m beneath strips, pads and 3.0 m below raft foundation types and can be used to remediate failed piling/ground improvement systems
• Results can be verified by pre and post Dynamic Penetrometer tests.
